sequencing (scRNA-seq) data using a novel approach inspired by
'DoubletFinder'. Damage is assessed by measuring how much each
cell deviates from an artificially damaged version of itself,
simulated through the probabilistic loss of cytoplasmic RNA.
The method outputs a damage score ranging from 0 (viable,
intact cell) to 1 (broken, non-viable cell), providing an
intuitive scale for filtering that is standardised across cell
types, sample origin, and experimental design.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/alicenjoyhenning/actions/runs/29475153030</link><pubDate>Sun, 19 Oct 2025 04:19:18 GMT</pubDate><r:package>DamageDetective</r:package><r:version>2.0.15</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://alicenjoyhenning.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/alicenjoyhenning/damagedetective</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>detection-vignette.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>detection-vignette.html</r:filename><r:title>DamageDetective Overview</r:title><r:created>2025-03-28 17:42:06</r:created><r:modified>2025-04-29 11:56:42</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
